EFT tapping for women going through or recovering from divorce

The feeling of peace returning into your mind and body already during the first session

You learn how to release stress in minutes whenever and wherever you need to

You get out of the vicious circle of stress and that causes a ripple effect of improvement in all areas of your life

"The EFT tapping therapy was very effective for me both for general stress-reducing and for focusing specifically on a particular issue. Margit had a great sense of empathy during the sessions and almost immediately said the words to me that described how I felt and caused tension in my body. I already felt relief during the session and sensed as the pain or tension left my body."

Ildiko K.

“I went into the session with quite some anxiety and little by little I managed to let go and relax under the guidance of Margit. With her soothing voice and empathetic approach, she made the session a very safe space for me.”

Andreea Tataru

"We managed to resolve a recurring issue rooted in the past during the therapy sessions with Margit. By addressing my inner child—acknowledging and validating the deep pain and lack of recognition I experienced as a small child—this pain was released during the session. The treatment brought immense relief, and situations or triggers that previously acted as buttons no longer cause discomfort or tension. This required the therapist's expertise, empathy, and my willingness (dedication) to allow it."

"Margit is a warm and attentive coach. She takes the time to listen to your problems and provides personalized guidance that truly makes a difference. Her sessions have not only helped me reduce my stress levels and physical complaints, but they have also given me daily practical tools to foster my personal development. Her coaching has made me more aware of my thoughts and their impact on my life. What really impressed me was how the sessions provided insights into mindfulness and how this can help develop awareness of our thoughts and learn to let them go. It was enriching to learn how to apply these techniques daily for a deeper sense of peace and clarity. I recommend anyone struggling with stress, anxiety, or past traumas to participate in sessions with Margit. It is a wonderful opportunity to take steps toward better well-being and self-discovery."

If you're here, it means you tried everything

You did not arrive at the thought of divorce easily. You did not arrive at it because you stopped loving. You did not arrive at it because you gave up.

You arrived here because you tried.

The books. The therapy. The couples counselling. The versions of yourself you became, hoping it would be enough. I know. I tried for ten years before I filed.

Whether you are still inside the marriage, in the storm of leaving, or trying to rebuild on the other side — I built this practice for women like you.

What is EFT, and why does it work when nothing else has?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also called tapping, is a body-based tool that uses gentle fingertip tapping on specific points of the face and body — combined with focused attention on what you are feeling. It comes from a blend of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.

Here is why it works when talking has not been enough:

Divorce trauma doesn't only live in your thoughts. It lives in your body — in the chest that won't unclench, the 3 AM panic, the jaw that locks when his name appears on your phone, the tears that ambush you at the school pickup. You cannot think your way out of these. They are a nervous-system event, not a thought problem.

When you tap on the meridian endpoints while bringing the difficult feeling to mind, you send a calming signal to your amygdala — the part of your brain that is responsible for the fight-or-flight response. Within minutes, your body learns the present is safe. The panic releases. The grip loosens.

That is the work. That is why it heals what years of talking sometimes could not.

Deep Healing

We don't manage symptoms. We go layer by layer, finding the actual source of the panic, the spiral, the grief. We work with your subconscious, your body, and your mind at the same time — because divorce wounds do not live in just one of those places.

Releasing what's no longer yours

We uncover the limiting beliefs the marriage taught you — that you are too much, not enough, the problem, broken in some way you cannot name — and we gently let them go. In their place, we plant truer ones. The ones your body needs to be told now.

Lasting change

Because we work at the root, not the surface, the change holds. The 3 AM panic doesn't come back the same way. The body doesn't brace at his name the way it used to. You build a relationship with your nervous system that lasts long after our sessions end.
